Refund Eligibility

  • Course Cancellation: You can request a refund within 7 days of enrolling in the course if you have not accessed the course materials.
  • Partial Refunds: If you have accessed some course materials or attended a session, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount refunded will depend on how much of the course has been consumed.
  • Technical Issues: If you encounter technical difficulties preventing you from accessing the course, we will work to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be fixed, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Non-Refundable Situations: After 7 days from the date of enrollment, refunds will not be provided. Additionally, no refund is available after accessing more than 50% of the course materials or attending more than two live sessions.

  • Step 2: Provide your registration details (e.g., name, email, course title) and a reason for the refund request.
  • Step 3: Once we receive your refund request, our team will review your eligibility for a refund and get back to you within 5-7 business days.
  • Step 4: If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment.
  • If you purchased through a third-party platform, such as a payment service provider, please contact their customer support for refund instructions.
  • Refund requests are only valid if the course has not been accessed in a significant way or used in its entirety.
